About me
Prior to becoming a school district administrator, Sandra Paul, was a technology teacher at St. Peter and Paul High School in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands from 1993 to 1996 as well as teaching introductory technology courses for the business department at University of the Virgin Islands. In 1996 she relocated New Jersey where she taught at Bayley Ellard Catholic High School in Madison NJ, as the technology teacher and technology coordinator for the school and taught education technology at Fairleigh Dickinson University for pre-service teachers until 1998.
Over the past 22 years, she has presented at numerous education technology conferences and on varied topics including BYOD in your school/district, Web 2.0 policies, Social Media, Being a connected educator, Using Google as an administrator, Having a Dynamic Faculty Meeting, Setting up your school/district for GAFE, etc. She actively participates in several online social media chat such as #edtechchat, #byotchat, #satchat, #njed, etc. Many of her presentations can be found at http://www.slideshare.net/spaul6414.

She is a member of CoSN and ISTE. She participated in the Emerging Technology Committee for CoSN and is presently on the NJAET Executive Board as the Ed Tech Advocacy Chairperson. Mrs. Paul is a founding and organizational member of EdcampNJ and is the NJAET Fall Conference presenter organizer. Previously she was the Vice Chairperson for the ESAC for WNET, webmaster for the NJSTA, and Technology Chairperson for NJPSA.
