About me
Lucas Hershberger is QuantHub's AI Literacy Coordinator and the newest member of the
QuantHub K12 team. A former CTE teacher, Lucas brings firsthand classroom experience
and a wealth of ideas for connecting learning to real-world applications that resonate with
students. His background in career and technical education gives him a unique
perspective on what it takes to make data and AI concepts feel relevant, accessible, and
engaging for grades 7–12 learners. In addition to his curriculum work, Lucas helps lead the
QuantHub Data Scholars Program, supporting students as they step out of the classroom
and into meaningful, paid experiences with industry partners across the state.
