About me
Joshua Sousa is the Managing Director for Educational Partnerships, supporting districts and schools around the world in transforming teaching and learning. As part of a distinguished startup team that included two national superintendents of the year, he has provided strategic services across 17 states and 75 districts in school improvement, charter school development, early childhood education, family and community engagement, and supplemental educational services.
With extensive experience overseeing school development and design across the United States and internationally, Sousa has secured grants for technology innovation and student services while serving in diverse leadership roles-from consultant and curriculum director to principal, instructional coach, teacher, and mentor. Most recently, he supported 18 schools within Miami-Dade County Public Schools, one of the nation's largest districts.
Sousa is passionate about collaborating with educational partners worldwide to create meaningful professional learning experiences and connect educators with high-quality teaching and learning resources.
