My name is Graham Aderholt, and I serve as the Principal at Elkmont High School in North Alabama. A few months ago, I launched a leadership initiative called Lead Full Circle, where the mission is simple but deeply needed: helping people lead well at work and even better at home. Our conversations focus on practical leadership, integrity and the real-life stories that shape who we become.

I also wanted to mention that Lead Full Circle is currently in the process of becoming a nonprofit organization.
