About me
Becca Pigg is a 12-year educator who currently teaches second grade. She has had experience with teaching first and third grades as well. With a Master’s in Education with a focus in Elementary Education and background in working with many students in inclusion classroom and struggling readers, she has seen her passion grow for vocabulary and language acquisition in the mathematics classroom as well. Through her sessions, she hopes to equip others with language, tools, and practical application opportunities to help students thrive in language and conceptual understanding in the elementary mathematics classroom.
