Allyson Apsey has been an award-winning principal and passionate educator for over 27 years. Having served as a teacher and principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, she has a unique perspective on the full spectrum of student development and school improvement. She has served in several leadership roles with the Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association (MEMSPA), including Professional Development Chair, where she helped shape meaningful learning opportunities for school leaders across the state. Currently, Allyson is the Director of Client Relations at Creative Leadership Solutions, where she partners with schools and districts nationwide to design high-impact professional development that transforms teaching, learning, and leadership.In addition to her leadership roles, Allyson is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and the author of several books that support educators in building positive and effective school cultures for students, staff, and families. Her engaging style, real-world insights, and sense of humor make her a sought-after presenter for conferences and professional learning events.
